Fun Games Adventure Park is operated by Kids Party Event Corp. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through fungamesmiami.com, our coupon registration forms, and our coupon and SMS programs.
Information we collect
When you register for a coupon, we collect your name, mobile phone number, selected language, promotion, and registration source or referral information. We also maintain your personal coupon identifier, QR code, download status, recorded visits and redemptions, and related transaction information such as the number of children and discount applied. If you subscribe to offers, we collect your selected contact details and channel. We retain SMS consent records, including the consent text, date and time, phone number, and source, along with subscription preferences, opt-out records, and message delivery status. Our website and service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser information, IP addresses, cookies, or local storage.
How we use information
We use this information to create and deliver your personal coupon, display and download your QR, apply eligible discounts, record repeat visits, understand registration sources, maintain customer records and dashboard statistics, provide support, prevent misuse, and operate and secure our services. We use your phone number for promotional SMS only when you give separate, optional promotional consent.
Coupon delivery and optional promotional SMS
The coupon registration form explains that submitting it requests an SMS from Fun Games Adventure Park containing a link to your personal coupon. This request does not enroll you in future promotional messages. Promotional SMS consent is collected through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. Promotional SMS consent is optional and not required to receive a coupon or make a purchase. Message frequency varies according to your requests and subscription; promotional messages are limited to up to one per month under the current program. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers, including Twilio for SMS delivery and our website hosting providers, may process only the information needed to perform services for us. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. These operational disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing.
Your choices, opt-out, and help
Reply STOP to any SMS from the program to stop further SMS messages from that sender. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email Fun Games Adventure Park at info@fungamesmiami.com. Opting out does not invalidate an existing coupon: you may continue using or downloading it during its stated validity period. You may also email us to request review, correction, or deletion of your information or withdrawal of promotional consent. We may retain records needed for legal obligations, transaction history, security, and honoring your opt-out.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the coupon program, maintain business records, document consent, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children and updates
Coupon registration and SMS subscriptions are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults, not children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and its last-updated date. A policy update does not by itself enroll you in promotional SMS.
