Operator and scope
Fun Games Adventure Park is operated by Kids Party Event Corp. These Terms & Conditions govern use of our website and coupon and SMS programs. Each promotion also has its own displayed eligibility rules, discount, payment requirements, and validity dates. Park admission and attraction safety rules continue to apply.
Personal coupons
Register using accurate contact information and a mobile number you are authorized to use. The registration system creates a personal coupon with its own QR code. You can view and download your coupon and reuse the QR during the promotion’s stated validity period, subject to the displayed offer rules. Authorized scans and redemptions may record separate visits. The Share button shares the promotion’s registration link so that each person can register for their own coupon. Treat your personal coupon link and QR as private.
SMS coupon delivery program
The program is called Fun Games Adventure Park Coupon Delivery and Optional Promotional SMS. By submitting the coupon registration form after reviewing its SMS disclosure, you request an SMS containing a link to your personal coupon at the phone number you provide. This request is limited to coupon delivery and does not subscribe you to future promotional messages. Your coupon can also be viewed and downloaded on the website. SMS availability does not determine whether an already issued coupon remains valid.
Optional promotional messages
Only if you select the separate, unchecked optional marketing checkbox do you agree to receive promotional SMS from Fun Games Adventure Park about offers and promotions. Promotional SMS consent is optional and not required to receive a coupon or make a purchase. Leaving that checkbox unchecked does not prevent coupon registration. Consent is specific to Fun Games Adventure Park and does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your coupon requests and subscription. Under the current program, optional promotional messages are limited to up to one per month. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received according to your mobile carrier plan. Fun Games Adventure Park does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any program SMS to unsubscribe from further SMS messages from that sender. You may receive one confirmation message, after which further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Opting out does not cancel your existing coupon or prevent its use during the stated validity period. Reply HELP for help, or email info@fungamesmiami.com. Sending START may unblock the SMS channel, but does not by itself renew revoked promotional consent; promotional enrollment requires a new separate opt-in.
Offer rules and delivery
Follow the conditions shown for your selected promotion, including its dates, eligible purchases, payment method, and exclusions. Coupon registration is not a park reservation. SMS delivery depends on network coverage, your carrier, and service availability and may be delayed or fail. Fun Games Adventure Park and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You remain able to access an issued coupon through its personal link and download option.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use customer information and protect SMS consent data. We may update these terms and post a revised last-updated date. Changes do not by themselves grant promotional consent or retroactively change the stated validity of an issued coupon.
